After more than 18 years’ consulting in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and New Zealand, and an executive MBA at Esade in Spain, I have a deep understanding of best practice operating models and ways of working. As their industries become increasingly professional, I am helping sports, media, and education organisations on their growth and maturity journeys.

I have helped them to articulate their strategic visions, aligned their leadership teams, supported them through acquisitions, and mobilised their resources to deliver their results. C-suite leaders in various industries have trusted my advice and support. I make the complex simple, and have succeeded in challenging, sensitive, and international environments.

Having (finally) hung up my playing boots in my 40s, I have a thorough understanding of sports at its most grass-roots level. In my spare time, I am the treasurer of the London Swans Australian Football club and enjoy serving one of the clubs that has given me so much.
